Room Bookings
Overview
Hello and welcome to the Wincobank Chapel Room Booking app. Below, you can see what rooms we have to offer, what capacity they'll hold and when they're available. Use the calendar further down the page to check the availability of the selected room.
Cost: £20ph
Currently, you can only book up to 3 months in advance and between 08:00 and 20:00. If you would like to book outside of these hours, a recurring booking, or something further in the future, please contact us to arrange this.
We must approve all bookings and so we will contact you after you submit the form, before the booking is fully confirmed, just to confirm the details and arrange payment.

How to Use This App
- Please sign up or login first to access the booking and availability features
- Consult the availability of rooms using the calendar at the bottom of the page
- Enter your details on the form
- Select the room, enter the date, the time and the duration in hours
- Click 'Submit Booking'
- After submitting:
- Your booking will appear on the calendar in grey as a placeholder
- One of our members will contact you to finalize the booking
- Once finalized and approved, the booking colour will change to red
- To cancel a booking, please contact us using the Contact Form
